PROJECTS

Grafton Pharmacy Interior Fitout

When this client came to us, they were straightforward about what they needed. A pharmacy that looked great, ticked every compliance and medical requirement, and didn't blow the budget. Three things that don't always sit easily together.

We worked through the design with them directly, visualising the full space digitally so they could see exactly what they were getting before anything was committed to. No surprises, no back and forth after the fact. Just a clear picture, agreed on together, then built to match.

The finished space is proof that budget and style aren't mutually exclusive. Clean, functional, compliant and exactly what the client asked for from day one.

Queen Street Apartment Conversion

OneCiti brought us into a project that was as much about vision as it was about construction. A full office-to-apartment conversion on level 7 of 155 Queen Street, right in the heart of Auckland's CBD, delivering five new residences from a space that had never been lived in before.

The brief centred on modernity and flexibility. The design and construction process needed to move with the client, adapting as decisions were made, without losing momentum or quality along the way.

Five apartments, one floor, zero compromise.

Wyndham Office Fitout

The client knew what they wanted. The brief was straightforward and the direction was set from the beginning, which gave us the space to focus on doing the work well rather than figuring out what the work was.

That said, we never just execute in silence. Throughout the project we brought ideas and suggestions to the table, offering options the client hadn't considered and refining the details that make the difference between a functional office and one people actually enjoy working in.

The result speaks for itself. A space that reflects exactly what the client had in mind, with a few things they didn't know they needed until they saw them.
