Kiwa services and history

KIWA was founded on a simple belief that construction should be clear, fast, and completely free of confusion.

Our name comes from 기와 (瓦), the traditional Korean roof tile. Shaped by hand, engineered to protect, and built to endure for centuries. That same precision and durability is the standard we hold ourselves to on every single project.

Unlike traditional builders, KIWA is a fully digitalised system. Before we break ground, your entire space is mapped in 3D, laid out digitally, and brought to life through a 360° virtual tour. So you can walk through your finished space before construction even begins.

We bring engineering background to every project, which means our designs aren't just beautiful. They're technically sound, structurally considered, and built to last and finally built for New Zealand.
